Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Marketing Director with a proven track record promotion through B2B model, brand leadership, digital marketing, and the intelligent application of emerging technologies. This role is ideal for a senior marketing professional who combines creative vision with a data-driven approach and understands how AI and automation can drive results.
You will lead our global marketing strategy, manage cross-functional and cross-regional teams, and position the Eterna brand at the forefront of our industry in China, Vietnam, Korea, the Middle East and North America. Experience in leveraging AI and digital tools to drive marketing performance will be highly valued.
The role is based in our Dublin office, with hybrid working offered for up to 2 days per week working from home.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with Eterna's global B2B business goals.
* Tech-Enabled Marketing: Leverage AI and automation tools (e.g., customer segmentation, campaign optimization, content generation) to enhance marketing efficiency and personalization.
* Brand Governance: Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints; lead global and regional brand campaign planning in partnership with regional teams.
* Campaign Management: Oversee multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, events, and traditional media to support lead generation and client engagement.
* Digital Ecosystem Oversight: Lead performance marketing efforts across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and website optimization; evaluate and implement new martech tools.
* Data-Driven Insights: Track marketing performance through clear KPIs and analytics dashboards; drive ongoing optimization through insights and experimentation.
* Budget Management: Own and manage the global marketing budget; drive ROI through strategic resource allocation and cost efficiency.
* Team Development: Inspire, mentor, and grow a diverse international team of marketing professionals; build a high-performance culture across our global offices.
* Collaboration & Innovation: Partner with Product, Technology, and Sales teams to ensure alignment on messaging, tools, and growth objectives.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Experience:
* 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience, including 2–3+ years in a senior leadership role.
* Demonstrated experience with AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, predictive analytics platforms) and modern martech stacks.
* Background in working with cross-border teams and global brand campaigns.
Skills:
* Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
* Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and personalization at scale in a B2B model.
* Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Familiarity with B2C in addition to B2B marketing is a plus.
