* They will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team and have a deep understanding of the tax advisory industry.
* AITI/ CTC or both AITI/ CTC & ACA qualifications are essential, and experience on tax advisory projects is highly desirable.

* Work collaboratively with partners and directors to develop and implement business strategies, driving growth and profitability.
* Contribute to the development of global advisory transactions, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Supervise and develop a team of professionals, providing training, mentorship and coaching to help them reach their full potential.
