Production Supervisor Job Summary
Manage daily operations, establish performance standards, track metrics, and address process issues.

* Investigate workplace accidents and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
* Verify adherence to quality management systems and regulatory standards.
* Track inventory levels and ensure accuracy.
* Provide fair and consistent treatment of employees, upholding company policies and procedures.
* Implement and maintain quality systems, ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance.
* Drive technical and operational enhancements.
* Oversee production facility operations, including resourcing, manpower, and efficiency.
* Monitor production data and implement solutions to improve productivity.
* Lead process improvement initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years experience in injection molding medical device manufacturing or similar high-volume production roles.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and present insights.
* A results-driven approach with problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Equivalent qualifications are desirable but experience is key.
