Job Description
Our organisation is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on HR work, likes building good working relationships, and wants to play a part in our ongoing transformation.
This is an 18 month fixed term contract with a hybrid model that includes two days in the office and three days working from home during the probation period.
The successful candidate will report to a Divisional Head of HR and act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing clear and practical advice.
* Serve as a trusted HR partner, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, engagement, and compliance.
* Deliver hands-on HR services across recruitment, onboarding, and change projects.
* Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with organisational goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with strong experience delivering broad HR generalist support in a fast-paced environment.
A degree in HR or a related field is required, with CIPD qualification being desirable.
Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational delivery.
