As Capital Sales Specialist you are responsible for driving sustainable growth of our large capital equipment portfolio in the cranial, spine and enabling-technologies market.
You will create and convert high-value capital opportunities, strengthen customer partnerships and ensure seamless implementation and training.
The assigned territory for this position is Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, and we would prefer the candidates to be located in or near Dublin.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Deliver on annual revenue targets for Large Capital equipmentSecure new Big Capital accounts and report progress in regular BigCap meetingsCoordinate service and repair follow-up for installed systemsLead & Support installation projects of new large capital equipment and execute on-site user trainings and refreshersDevelop account plans and lead generation strategies for the top accounts in close collaboration with the account team, including follow-up action plans in SFDCProvide regular updates on priorities and key actions in top accountsContribute positively to a culture of engagement, inclusion and innovationComplete negotiation training as part of ongoing developmentRequired Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering or related fieldProven track record in capital equipment or medical device sales; cranial, spine or surgical navigation experience is an advantageStrong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in building and managing a large-capital sales funnelExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills across clinical and C-suite levelsProficiency in CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and data-driven opportunity mappingFluent in English; additional local language(s) preferredWillingness to travel extensively within the territoryEntrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and profitabilityStrong project-management skills for implementation and training programsTeam-oriented and collaborative; able to work cross-functionally with marketing, service and clinical teamsHigh level of integrity, accountability and resiliencePhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
