Job Description:
Parsons is anticipating the need for a Reporting Manager to join our team and support on a complex infrastructure project in Dublin. In this role, you will lead programme performance reporting, data visualization, and reporting governance, ensuring senior stakeholders have accurate and timely insights to drive informed decision-making.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Support the establishment of Programme Controls reporting requirements and standard formats.
* Develop forms and tools for collecting project and programme status information.
* Coordinate the production and distribution of key weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
* Support the establishment and maintenance of reporting calendars.
* Support the design, implementation, and governance of the programme's performance reporting framework.
* Manage and mentor a team of reporting analysts and engineers to ensure high-quality outputs and professional development.
* Oversee the development and delivery of programme-level reports, dashboards, and performance insights for internal and external stakeholders.
* Collaborate with project controls, finance, risk, and delivery teams to ensure integrated and consistent reporting.
* Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with strategic objectives and delivery milestones.
* Ensure reporting processes and outputs comply with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practice.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
* 10+ years' experience in project performance reporting, with a proven track record on high-value infrastructure or construction projects.
* Experience with reporting tools and applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau and Microsoft Power BI.
* Substantial experience in data visualization and analysis techniques.
* Extensive experience in project controls design, including developing and implementing processes, procedures, and systems for effective project management and performance tracking.
* Minimum Level 8 degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within Programme Controls and/or Project Management environments.
* People management experience.
* Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team-oriented environment.
* Technical writing and graphic design experience (advantageous).
* Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
* Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, CAPM) is advantageous.
