We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Valuation Professional to join our team. As a key member of our property division, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality valuation services to our clients.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties for sale and lease, preparing reports and valuations for clients, banks, developments, and legal purposes. You will need strong interpersonal skills, communication, and organizational skills to ensure speed and accuracy of information provided to management and clients.
 * Carry out Red Book valuations for loan security and regulatory purposes for both residential and commercial properties.
 * Undertake Red / Blue Book Valuations.
 * Incorporate and enhance office processes and systems to improve efficiency and service.
 * Assist in research and market intelligence activities.
 * Prepare and complete commercial and residential valuation reports.
 * Business development and client relationship management.
 * Undertake developmental activities to broaden experience and knowledge, including CPD.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
You must have:
 * A relevant property degree.
 * A Member of IPAV with REV qualification or Chartered member of the SCSI/RICS.
 * A PSRA License.
 * Your own car and a full driver's license.
