Location :Dublin 4Total Hours Per Week :40 hoursDays Per Week : Saturday to wednesday (23:00 – 07:00)We are seeking a motivated and reliable Hospitality Customer Service Operative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out various duties related to the Hospitality support team. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Key Responsibilities:Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.Ad Hoc Requests: Respond to any additional requests made by the ISS support manager or client, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.Roster Flexibility: Be available for change of shifts to meet client needs and operational demands.Customer Service Fulfilling the customer service requirements as required by the clients in the UCD Village and may be occasionally required to work on other locationsRequirements:Customer service skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication skillsQualification Required:Fluent English. Bachelors degree preferredExperience Required:Hospitality, customer service experience preferredHSEQ:Ensure safe work practices and procedures are followed on siteUse of Personal Protective Clothing and Equipment (w/a)Understand how ISO fits into daily business operationsRead, understand and work in accordance with the company's HSEQ PoliciesComplete tasks in accordance with company HSEQ procedures and work instructionsOther Features of the JobIt may be necessary to work alternative hours, shift patterns or unsociable hours, including weekends and sometimes more than contracted hours. As part of your job, you will be expected to attend training events and/or meetings and travel to other locations may be required.
