**Job Title:** Beverage Manager
The Beverage Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of all beverage operations across the property, ensuring excellent guest service, financial control, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure service excellence in all beverage outlets.
* Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for all Bar areas.
* Act as Duty Manager as rostered.
* Manage guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring resolution.
Beverage Development & Sales:
Develop innovative beverage offerings and drive sales through upselling, promotions, and revenue initiatives.
People Management:
Lead, train, and develop the Bar team to deliver consistent service. Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
Financial Management:
Prepare and manage departmental budgets. Monitor and control costs, payroll margins, purchasing, and stock levels.
Compliance & Standards:
Maintain hygiene standards and ensure compliance with food safety legislation. Maintain operational efficiency and adherence to policies.
Reporting:
Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports to the General Manager.
