Job Title: Sales Leader
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales leader to join our team in Ireland and the rest of Europe. As a sales leader, you will play an instrumental role in establishing and driving growth through recruiting, coaching, and managing a team of high-performing sales professionals focused on generating sales leads and starting long-term relationships with corporate clients.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience selling FX and/or expense management solutions, in payments or in money markets, and at least 2 years leading teams. They will also have a thorough understanding of the financial markets and the key drivers of currency fluctuations, as well as strong sales skills and commercial awareness.
Responsibilities:
* Recruit, develop, and lead a team of effective sales professionals.
* Develop your own pipeline with a view to hitting and surpassing your individual revenue target.
* Be accountable for increasing revenue and scaling the team.
* Coach, train, and guide the team in developing consultative and solution-based sales skills through all facets of the sales cycle.
