**Job Description:**
The Production Manager plays a critical role in the manufacturing process, overseeing assembly and packaging activities for OBI products. This involves coordinating with external partners to manage sterilization processes while ensuring compliance with required quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the production team to deliver on Safety Quality Delivery Cost People (SQDCP) objectives
* E nsure Health & Safety compliance across the OBI team to build a culture of excellence
* Plan Resources to optimize unit flow through the manufacturing process according to production schedules
