Our client, a leading Wealth Management firm are looking to hire a Payroll & Operations Specialist to join their team in Dublin. This role sits within a wider HR team and reports to the HR Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in processing payroll across the UK and Ireland.
Responsibilities of this Payroll & Operations Specialist Job:
* Core member and contributor to the HR operations team with a strong emphasis on payroll and benefits administration, systems, reporting and employee interaction
* Ensure accurate processing of salaries, bonuses and pension contributions
* Contribute to process and system improvements, driving greater efficiency and consistency in payroll and benefits delivery
* Provide support on HR projects and initiatives as required
* Liaise with Revenue, HMRC and both Irish and UK pension administrators on payroll, tax, and pension -related matters
Requirements of this Payroll & Operations Specialist Job:
o A degree or diploma in HR, Business or a related discipline
o Experience managing payroll across Ireland and the UK
o IPASS qualification beneficial
o Skilled in excel and familiar with HRIS systems
o High attention to detail, discretion and strong interpersonal skills
