Finance & Administration Assistant
The Finance and Administration Assistant is a crucial role within our organisation. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the finance team, ensuring the smooth operation of all financial and administrative duties.
Main Responsibilities:
1. To work closely with the finance officer to administer debtor and creditor accounts
2. Provide general administration across finance, property management, procurement, and financial reporting
3. Perform day-to-day book-keeping tasks including weekly lodgements, analysis of credit/debit payments, petty cash management
