A distinguished professional is sought to assume the role of Restaurant Manager. This esteemed individual will oversee the daily operations of a hotel restaurant, bar lounge, and related food and beverage areas.
Responsibilities include leading and supporting a team to deliver exceptional service in line with estate standards, scheduling, training, and developing staff, maintaining a personalized guest experience, and managing feedback effectively.
Additionally, this role entails coordinating with the Executive Chef and Events Team for smooth event service, monitoring financial performance, ensuring compliance with health, safety, fire, and hygiene regulations, reporting maintenance issues, attending meetings and training sessions as required, and maintaining high standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and presentation.
