Assistant Leisure Centre Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Assistant Leisure Centre Manager to join our team. As a key member of the leisure centre management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all aspects of the leisure centre.
About The Role
* You will assist the Leisure Centre Manager in overseeing daily operations, staffing, and maintenance of a safe and effective environment.
* You will support employee training and development, engagement initiatives, and HR matters as required.
* You will implement and maintain high standards in operating procedures across all service areas.
Key Responsibilities
1. To help oversee gym operations during manager's absence;
2. To work closely with General Managers regarding operational issues;
3. To promote sales growth through excellent customer service delivery;
Requirements
• Knowledge & experience using invoice systems;
• At least six months prior experience as a Leisure Centre Supervisor or Assistant Manager;
