2. Drive sales, margin, and performance across all convenience stores in the region.
3. Ensure best practice in stock management, merchandising, and customer service.
4. Analyse financial performance and implement strategies to improve results.
5. Oversee compliance with food safety, health & safety, and brand standards.
6. Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and staff development.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a multi-site retail management or senior store management role within convenience, grocery, or forecourt retail. They will possess strong leadership and communication skills, excellent commercial awareness, and analytical ability.
