As a principal product specialist, you will shape how our stakeholders and partners engage with Logitech’s portfolio, bridging the gap between technical capabilities and real‑world adoption.
The Team and Role
At Logitech for Business, we build a simple, smart, and sustainable portfolio of device solutions for B2B video conferencing and collaboration. Your role will focus on training, education, and content creation to empower both internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
* Host virtual engagement sessions for key channel partners to introduce new products, software updates, and opportunities.
* Deliver in‑person channel training on Logitech solutions and best practices.
* Design and deliver technical boot‑camps for internal teams and external partners covering end‑to‑end deployment, usage, and management.
* Support industry and partner events by running training and educational programs that drive awareness and adoption.
* Create detailed technical content, including configuration guides, setup instructions, and solution documentation.
* Manage and publish technical content on internal platforms such as Product Hub and Nexus.
* Handle administrative tasks related to the production and distribution of technical content.
Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications
* Ability and willingness to travel frequently for trainings, events, and partner engagements.
* Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with comfort leading sessions for both small and large audiences.
* Demonstrated experience in grasping technical features and functionalities of hardware products.
* Proactive, takes initiative and executes plans with minimal direction.
* Effective collaboration with a variety of stakeholders and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Interest in productivity technology, encompassing hardware, technical components, features, and software.
* Ability to articulate how products solve problems and improve the workplace through storytelling.
* Thrives in a cross‑functional, fast‑paced environment and adapts to changing priorities.
* Success in strategic thinking and adapting to shifting priorities.
* Commute possible to a Logitech office in Europe or maintain a dedicated workspace for testing devices and creating product content.
