Leadership Opportunity in Social Care
We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a key leadership role within a regulated social care service.
* Responsible for overseeing the operational effectiveness and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
* Liaise closely with staff teams, promoting safe and person-centred service delivery practices
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in governance, be registered as a CORU-certified Social Care Worker with at least three years' experience in management roles, and hold a recognized Level 6 qualification in management or equivalent field.
