Qualifications Degree in business, management, finance, economics, construction or infrastructure related subject, or equivalent experience.
Professional affiliation and qualification status with the APM, RICS, IEI, ICE, CAI or similar professional institution desirable.
Experience and Attributes 8+ years' experience in the infrastructure sector, with considerable experience providing advisory services like the above to key infrastructure clients in Ireland / Northern Ireland.
Significant experience of forming and leading teams in the delivery of high-quality outcomes for clients.
Deep understanding of the infrastructure landscape across Ireland and Northern Ireland, as well as familiarity with functioning of public sector organisations, non-departmental and arm's length bodies.
Experience of building strong client relationships and leading business development activities.
Deep passion for solving infrastructure challenges.
Strategic and logical thinker with excellent analytical skills.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, report writing and presentation skills.
