We are seeking a skilled professional to manage residential construction projects in Cork. Responsibilities:
* Oversee site operations and manage day-to-day activities.
* Maintain accurate records of manpower levels and site activities.
* Support project managers in achieving quality and timely delivery.
* Motivate teams to ensure work meets high standards.
* Implement safety and quality management systems on site.
* Plan future works to avoid delays and maintain cost-effectiveness.
* Requisition materials as required.
* Ensure efficient communication of site issues through meetings.
* Organize daily whiteboard updates.
Requirements:
* At least 7 years of experience in site management with main contractors.
* Hold relevant Construction, Engineering or Trades qualification.
* Demonstrated ability to see projects through from concept to completion.
* Previous experience working for a Main Contractor.
* Able to work independently and possess technical knowledge of the building industry.
* Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
