Overview:

The Opportunity:
As a Swedish speaking Account Executive, you'll engage with HNWI's from Sweden who have expressed interest in the company's services. Using proven sales techniques, you'll uncover investors' goals, educate them on our services, and schedule meetings with regional sales partners. There is no cold calling - investors have already made contact to the company and expressed an interest.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. Follow up on client interest in the products to understand their need and interests
2. Communicate the company's value proposition to high-net-worth investors and arrange meetings with regional sales partners
3. Contribute to firm growth while improving clients' financial well-being
4. Receive warm leads from our marketing team—no cold calling required
Your Qualifications:
5. Native or bilingual fluency in Swedish and English
6. Some previous sales experience or a strong passion for a sales career
7. Proven track record of achieving personal and professional goals, working ot targets
8. A competitive, sales focused personality is essential
9. Ability to earn trust and act in clients' best interests
10. Excellent communication skills
Salary & Benefits:
11. Base salary of €34,500 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE €90,000+)
12. 1/4 exta bonus target €rewards
13. 28 days annual leave, with the option to purchase up to 3 additional days, plus up to 11 paid holidays
14. Relocation package of €8,000 to relaote to Dublin if necessary
15. Enhanced maternity pay package: 26 weeks' top-up to full base pay for eligible employees
16. Retirement pension plan: 9% company contribution plus additional match up to 5% of base pay
