Job Title: Founding AI Scientist We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced researcher to join our team as we build a biological foundation model from the ground up. As a Founding Research Engineer, you will be responsible for owning model development end-to-end - from pre-training and architecture decisions through to scaling and iteration. * You will work closely with a bioinformatics team who provide biological guidance, evaluation frameworks, and curated datasets. Your job is to turn that guidance into models that actually learn the right biological signal. You will be working on large-scale models using single-cell, multi-omics, sequences data.
