You will also enjoy a competitive salary, a supportive work environment, and a chance to make a positive impact on the built environment.Your new role In your new role, you will be responsible for:Leading and coordinating layouts and generating tender and construction documentationUnder Senior guidance, you will be responsible for the development of sketch/conceptual design.Capable of leading BIM/Revit projects through the detail design stages.Strengths post-planning through technical packages, coordination, delivery and on-site project stages.Excel with technical drawings, specifications, schedules using Revit, aligning with project standards and schedules.Ensuring all designs adhere to standards and are constructible.Collaborate with Project Manager/Contract Administrator and conduct site visits to provide construction and technical support.What you'll need to succeed Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology from an RIAI-accredited programmeA minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in architectural practiceStrong knowledge of building design, construction, and technologyA proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUpDetailed knowledge of the Irish building regulationsCommunication, teamwork, and problem-solving skillsStrong technical and construction knowledge is essential for this role, combined with detailing, design development and tender pack assembly.What you'll get in return Competitive salary (€60,000 -€65,000) in line with your experience + package.
