Financial Project Manager
A key role in the successful financial management of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing tenders and selecting appropriate contracts
* Negotiating and finalizing contract orders
* Managing and reporting of forecasts, targets, and reconciliations
* Document control, variation reporting, and valuations
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
* Minimum 4 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and computer skills
