* Clear understanding of legislation impacting on building contracts.

* Excellent organisational skills and adaptability.
* Problem-solving, negotiating and financial management skills.
* Ability to absorb complex information.
* Sound ICT Skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
* Ability to negotiate sufficient fees to complete services and generate profit.
