Recruitment Specialist South Dublin Osborne is recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation based in South Dublin for an experienced Recruitment Specialist. This is a six-month fixed-term contract, offering an opportunity to play a key role in enhancing and delivering recruitment operations during a period of organisational development. This position is hands-on and delivery-focused, supporting end-to-end recruitment processes while contributing to improvements in systems, policies, and candidate experience. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure recruitment practices are efficient, fair, and aligned with broader organisational objectives. Salary and Benefits: Contract: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract Salary: Circa €55,000 Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles, including both internal and external competitions Support the optimisation and utilisation of HR systems (e.g., Core HR) across recruitment processes such as approvals, advertising, and candidate tracking Assist in developing and documenting effective recruitment channels and advertising strategies Draft and refine job descriptions and role profiles in line with business needs Contribute to the development and review of recruitment-related policies and procedures Enhance the candidate experience through improved communication and engagement throughout the hiring process Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee Assist with internal progression frameworks and career pathway documentation Contribute to updates and improvements to HR-related content and materials Work collaboratively with HR colleagues to align recruitment activities with wider people strategies Share knowledge and support colleagues within the HR function where appropriate Requirements 23 years experience in a recruitment or HR-related role Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes Familiarity with HR systems (Core HR experience desirable) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight timelines A proactive and organised approach to work For more information, please apply through the link provided for the attention of Maisie Doyle or call Osborne Recruitment on.
