Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced, compassionate, and dependable Agency Social Care Worker in County Limerick to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide short-term or long-term coverage at partner facilities, delivering safe, patient-centred care while adapting quickly to new environments.

Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality healthcare in accordance with facility policies and state regulations
* Conduct assessments, monitor patient conditions, and document findings accurately
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and support staff
* Maintain clear, professional communication with facility staff and agency coordinators
* Respond to emergencies and follow proper protocols
* Uphold infection control and safety standards
* Adapt quickly to different units and facility workflows
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Social Care
* Must be CORU registered
* Current BLS/CPR certification
* Have a minimum of 6 months healthcare experience in Ireland
* Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
* Strong communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills
* Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple facilities
