Facilities Operations Manager
We are currently recruiting for a number of facilities operations managers to join our community nursing units. The successful candidates will be responsible for the operational management and delivery of all facilities management services.
About this Role:
* Manage customer interface within an assigned unit, ensuring high standards in day-to-day operations
* Build excellent relationships with customers, clients, suppliers, and partners
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, management systems, security policies, and company/client policies
* Lead, develop, and retain staff to deliver services
* Establish continuous improvement processes and facilitate regular customer forums and meetings
Requirements:
* Multiskilled with relevant experience in similar environments
* Strong customer service and people management skills
* Knowledge/experience of CAFM and BMS systems
* Experience as an outsourced provider of facilities management is desirable
