We are currently recruiting Support Workers and Community Support Workers to join on apermanent basis across Residential, and Day Services in the Clare, Limerick and Galway area
??The Role
As a Support Worker, you will:
Provide person-centred support in residential, day or community settings
Promote independence, wellbeing and social inclusion
Support daily routines, activities and community engagement
Assist individuals to achieve personal goals and develop life skills
Work collaboratively within supportive, experienced teams
Contribute to a safe, positive and empowering environment
??Shift Patterns
Residential:
Days and night rosters (flexibility required)
Day Services:
Predominantly Monday–Saturday
??Applicant Requirements
QQI Level 5 Healthcare qualification
(minimum 8 modules completed – essential)
Full manual driver's licence
(essential)
A genuine interest in working with people with disabilities or autism
Strong communication, empathy and teamwork skills
Flexibility and a person-centred approach to care
