Quality Assurance Officer - Food Safety & Quality Dublin Competitive Salary Sociable hrs Very Competitive staff discounts Free parking Pension The Role We are currently recruiting a Quality Assurance Officer to support the Quality Manager in maintaining and improving food safety and quality systems across the site. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring ongoing compliance with customer, regulatory and certification standards. Key responsibilities include: Support site Food Safety and Quality systems Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HACCP, GMPs, prerequisite programs and Food Safety Plans Support compliance with BRCGS, Bord Bia and DAFM requirements Assist in internal audits and support preparation for third?party audits Monitor, record and trend quality and food safety KPIs Support investigation of customer complaints, root cause analysis and corrective actions Assist with TACCP/VACCP, Quality Culture and training programmes Support sustainability initiatives The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, or similar. Relevant experience in food manufacturing with minimum 3 years' experience in implementing and managing compliance with the BRCGS standard.
