We're working with a Stirling Prize-winning design studio in Dublin who are looking for an Associate to join their team. The practice as a whole works across a wide range of sectors, including education, healthcare, transport and residential. At present, the Dublin studio is experiencing a surge in cultural and civic projects, with current schemes in this area valued at around €150 million.
They're looking for someone who's confident leading projects through all stages, particularly on site. In this role you'll be managing an internal team, coordinating with clients and consultants, and making sure the design intent is carried through to completion. You'll be running large-scale projects from early concept through delivery, leading and mentoring architects and assistants, and working closely with clients on complex schemes. Along the way, you'll be making key design and technical decisions and ensuring everything stays on track.
To be considered, you'll need to be a qualified Architect (RIAI/RIBA/RIAS or equivalent) with at least five years' experience. You should have a solid track record of delivering sizeable projects on site, with strong technical knowledge and ideally good Revit skills. Just as important, you'll be comfortable managing teams and building good relationships with clients and consultants.
This is a chance to take a senior role in a busy Dublin studio, working on some of the country's most interesting cultural and civic projects. To apply, please send your CV and portfolio to
