We are now seeking to hire a full time Accommodation Supervisor to join our team.
The Role: The Accommodation Supervisor ensures the consistency of standards and health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
They help promote a positive experience for our guests and to deliver the highest of standards for our guests.
Key Duties Responsibilities As an Accommodation Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising Accommodation Assistants to deliver an excellent guest experience while monitoring housekeeping standards and assisting the Accommodation Manager.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Maintains excellent standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
· Ensure guest bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned to a high and consistent standard.
· To deal with all guests requests in a professional and timely manner.
· Supervise Accommodation Assistants to ensure the work is being done to a high standard at all times.
· Daily allocation of rooms and deep cleaning tasks to team members.
· Routine inspection of guest bedrooms to ensure they meet standards.
About The Role Requirements Skills/Experience to include but are not limited to: · Excellent high standards of cleaning and shall be flexible with regards to working hours.
· Ability to go the extra mile, to provide the extra attention in order to satisfy guests' individual needs and wants.
· Ability to anticipate customer needs, change goals and direction quickly and multitask.
· Experience of supervising a team in a similar role.
· IT proficient.
· Ability and willingness to work on own initiative as well as part of a team when required.
· Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
· Must be well groomed and take pride in their appearance.
· Must be flexible/available to work a variety of shifts included late night, early morning and weekend shifts and committed to succeed in a fast-paced diverse workplace.
