What You’ll Be Owning:Lead and grow a multifunctional IT department, aligning services with the company’s strategic goals.Oversee and mentor a team of talented engineers, analysts, and team leads.Own the integration and seamless performance of core systems – ERP, WMS, Website – ensuring customers’ policies and claims flow like clockwork.Be the go-to for senior management, translating tech talk into actionable business solutions.Set and execute a modern IT strategy with a sharp focus on innovation, security, scalability, and governance.Own IT budgets, vendor relationships, and compliance with regulatory standards.Deliver mission-critical projects across infrastructure, automation, and digital transformation.Future-proof the business with top-tier security, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.
