Senior Applications Development Leader
This senior-level role is responsible for driving the establishment and implementation of new application systems and programs in coordination with our technology team. The primary objective of this position is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.
* Oversee the development and implementation of global products and applications based on microservices architecture and hosted on private & public cloud platforms.
* Provide leadership supervision and champion change and technical management of software upgrades/changes working with a global support team.
Required Skills:
* Proven experience in project and team management
* Expertise in agile and scale agile development models
* Proficiency in Java, microservices, Oracle, or MongoDB
* Experience with REST API, Kafka, and MQ
* Familiarity with cloud environments (ECS preferred)
* Working knowledge of CI/CD tools
* Experience working with multinational and multicultural organizations will be an advantage
