All Weir & Sons employees are trained to the highest standard.Weir and Sons is searching for an Aftersales Assistant within our Customer Service Department in our Grafton Street store.The successful candidate working as part of our dedicated After Sales department will be passionate about providing an excellent level of customer service to our clients in conjunction with our premium brand partners.The Role:This role will involve a mixture of office administration, sales as well as front of house customer service.Hours 37.5 working week, rostered 5 days over 7 Mon to Sat 9.30am to 6pm Sunday 12pm to 6pm.In addition to the core hours, you would be expected to be available to work Bank Holidays and late-night trading if rostered for them (overtime would be paid for any such hours)About youCustomer focused with the ability to work well in a structured team environment and with a strong initiative.Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeProfessionally presented and articulate with an outgoing and friendly personalityPrevious office administration, call centre or customer service experience preferable.Have excellent phone manner and attention to detail is essential.Be confident in dealing with our clients and our premium brand partners and can read and understand the demands in a luxury after sales market.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to find solutionsStrong ability to work and communicate with other.Desirable skills:Previous jewellery/luxury retail industry experienceAdministration or Receptionist experience/Hospitality sectorBenefits:Contributory pension scheme22 days annual leave pro rataDiscounted gym membershipStaff discount in Weir & Sons and McDowells JewellersCompany funding on industry specific qualificationsPaid overtimeSick payTax saver schemeBike to work schemeTraining courses for brand partners fully paidWeir & Sons is an equal opportunity employer
