Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator for an 11-month contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all candidate and hiring manager activities throughout the recruitment process.
Fully remote work option available.

Responsibilities
* Support interview scheduling, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
* Coordinate interview logistics - sending invites, booking rooms, organizing video conferencing etc.
* Maintain accurate candidate data in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
* Creation of required employment documentation.
* Request and prepare background checks with internal teams.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters and hiring managers.
* Participate in projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements
* 2+ years related experience.
* Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
* Microsoft outlook experience required (scheduling, calendar, etc.).
* Experience using an HRIS or Applicant Tracking Database (Workday preferable).
* Excellent attention to detail.
