We're seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join a growing team at one of Ireland's leading workplace safety training providers.
This is a desk-based role, perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, uncovering client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that genuinely make a difference.
What You'll Do
Identify and engage prospective clients via phone, email, and other channels.
Understand clients' training requirements and recommend bespoke safety solutions.
Present course offerings persuasively to new and existing clients.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep accurate records of sales activity in our CRM system.
Stay informed on industry trends to position services effectively.
What We're Looking For
Proven sales experience, ideally B2B or in training, safety, or services.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—ability to build trust quickly.
Confident, professional phone manner with strong rapport-building skills.
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Genuine interest in workplace safety and training solutions.
