This role is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and improvement of EHS strategies, systems, and programs across multiple business functions and regions.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global EHS regulations, ESG leadership, and stakeholder engagement across Commercial, Clinical, and Operational teams.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipServe as the EHS business partner for Commercial & Clinical operations, international teams, and key geographic regionsAct as ESG Lead for the business unit, driving sustainability and compliance initiativesSupport integration and divestiture projects from an EHS perspectiveDevelop and implement long-term EHS strategies aligned with organizational goalsCompliance & Risk ManagementLead the development of a global EHS compliance audit program (internal and external)Oversee the implementation and improvement of EHS Management Information SystemsManage corrective actions resulting from audits and ensure regulatory compliance across all sitesCulture & EngagementFoster a proactive safety culture through behavioral safety programs and employee engagementChampion initiatives to support employee welfare and psychosocial healthLead training programs to ensure EHS awareness and regulatory readinessSystems & PerformanceOwn and maintain digital EHS platforms and reporting toolsDefine, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)Use lean and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance EHS performanceCross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with internal stakeholders across manufacturing, clinical, and commercial functionsLiaise with external partners and vendors to ensure EHS standards are upheldSupport emergency preparedness, response plans, and risk mitigation strategiesQualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree in EHS, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or related fieldEquivalent practical experience may be consideredExperience:Minimum of 15 years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing, facilities, or laboratory environmentsStrong knowledge of global EHS regulations and ESG frameworksProven track record of leading EHS teams and projects in a global organizationSkills:Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in technical writing, negotiation, and trainingFamiliarity with EHS software platforms and digital reporting toolsStrong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities
