Your Impact
The Sales Operations role is critical to Acacia's ability to provide world class service to our customers.
This role touches all aspects of "order-to-cash", from receipt of customer orders through invoices and RMA processing.
This role requires a dynamic individual who has a passion to solve problems with numerous stake holders both inside and outside the company.
Responsibilities
Receive, review, and process both revenue and RMA orders in an accurate and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures:
Provide timely follow-up with customers regarding order status, delays and delivery issues.
Provide customers and sales with open order reports on a weekly basis.
Resolve customer problems in a professional and timely manner.
Assist finance with account reconciliation, discrepancies and accurate processing of credits and returns
Assist sales with account management, queries, quoting, and be the liaison into Operations for Sales.
Other Duties
Help document and continuously improve processes that deliver world class service to our customers.
Ensure backlog hygiene and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
Provide cover for vacation time for team members and participate in a floating schedule for different areas of Sales Operations activities (Loan management: RMA management: New Product backlog management )
Minimum Qualifications
Must have 5 years+ relevant Inside Sales / Customer Service Experience
Must have considerable experience with order entry, shipments and backlog management.
Must be PC Literate – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Must have strong Excel experience – proficiency in vlook up/ pivot tables
Competent in sales order entry systems and processes.
Knowledge and experience of logistics, carriers and terms an advantage.
Analytical, detail oriented, with an emphasis on data integrity and accuracy.
Ability to organize and prioritise work is a must.
A talent to succeed in a fast paced, every changing environment with ability to multitask and deliver results.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
Passion to provide a world class, professional service and support to both internal and external customers.
Demonstrated ability to work in a flexible environment that is constantly changing.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and follow through on commitments on/before they are due
Must be team oriented and simultaneously assertive with capacity to work with minimal supervision.
