Job Title: Health and Safety Manager (Hybrid)
The role involves leading the development and implementation of health and safety strategies across multiple residential and commercial projects. This key leadership position is responsible for driving a positive safety culture, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and promoting best practices on site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage the company's health and safety policies and site safety plans
* Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and site inspections to ensure a safe working environment
* Lead incident investigations and follow up with corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
* Deliver health and safety training programs to staff and subcontractors
* Track safety Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report performance to senior leadership
* Provide on-site support and guidance to project and site teams
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a senior health and safety role within the construction sector
* NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) in Occupational Health and Safety
* Strong working knowledge of Irish construction safety legislation
* Ability to lead, influence, and build strong relationships across teams
* Excellent reporting, training, and communication skills
