Our client, a leading supplier of process equipment and engineering solutions is seeking a professional and personableReceptionistto join its Cork office. This role will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, and will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.Key Responsibilities:Welcome and assist visitors and clients in line with company practice.Answer and direct incoming calls via the switchboard.Receive, sort, and distribute incoming post; ensure outgoing post is franked and sent daily.Manage office bookings, including boardroom and conference room diaries.Arrange travel and accommodation for company staff as required.Order and maintain office supplies, including stationery, business cards, printing, and kitchen supplies.Provide PA support to the CEO as needed.Record and file employee annual leave.Adhere to company ISO 9000 Quality and Health & Safety procedures.Carry out other administrative duties as required to support the office.Skills & Experience:Previous Receptionist/Front of House experienceExcellent front-of-house and telephone manner, with strong interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft 365, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.Comfortable working in a busy, customer-focused office environment.
