Deputy Nurse Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Nurse Manager to join our care home team in North Belfast. In this pivotal role, you will be the right-hand person to the Nurse Manager, driving high standards, inspiring your team, and ensuring residents receive exceptional care.
You will work closely with a highly motivated team who focus on providing the highest quality care to a diverse resident group. Your key responsibilities will include supporting the Nurse Manager in leading the care team and managing the day-to-day running of the home.
To be successful in this role, you must be a fully qualified General Nurse, Mental health nurse, or Learning disability nurse with 6+ months of Nursing experience. A Valid NMC Pin is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Nurse Manager in leading the care team and managing the day-to-day running of the home.
* Maintaining a consistently high standard of clinical and social care.
* Assisting the Nurse Manager in writing, reviewing, and updating clinical policies and procedures as appropriate.
* Supporting the financial effectiveness of the home, ensuring the home operates within budget through effective use of resources and identifying areas to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
* Fully qualified General Nurse, Mental health nurse, or Learning disability nurse.
* 6+ months of Nursing experience.
* A Valid NMC Pin.
