About the Job:

* Contribute to the development of store staff, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Minimum one year of retail management experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in POS systems.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
