Viral Growth is a content marketing agency that helps seven-figure coaches and consultants scale through organic content. We produce up to 60 videos per month for our clients with a 1 million views guarantee, using our proprietary Authority Signals Framework to build evergreen inbound pipelines.
The Role
We're looking for a Short Form Video Content Strategist to develop viral-worthy hooks, scripts, and content ideas for our roster of high-ticket coaches and consultants. You'll be responsible for researching trends, crafting compelling hooks, and writing scripts that position our clients as authorities in their space.
Responsibilities
* Research and develop 30+ hooks per client per month across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
* Write short-form video scripts optimized for retention and engagement
* Develop YouTube video topics and outlines for long-form content
* Study each client's niche, competitors, and audience to inform content strategy
* Identify trending formats, sounds, and topics relevant to each client's industry
* Collaborate with our editing team on content batches and delivery timelines
* Contribute to our internal hook and script frameworks
* Track content performance and iterate on what's working
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience writing short-form video content or scripts
* Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts algorithms
* Experience working with coaches, consultants, or B2B service providers
* Excellent research skills and ability to quickly understand new industries
* Native or near-native English writing ability
* Ability to write in different voices while maintaining each client's brand
* Familiarity with direct response copywriting principles
* Self-motivated with strong time management (remote environment)
Nice to Have
* Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools
* Background in copywriting or marketing
* Understanding of the coaching/consulting industry
* Video editing knowledge
