Client Service Manager


Job Description

The Client Service Manager role is a critical position in our organization, responsible for ensuring seamless client experiences. Key responsibilities include managing functional teams, coordinating work and communication activities, and resolving issues.

* Manages functional teams to ensure timely delivery of information and work products.
* Coordinates work, communication, and issue resolution activities with stakeholders.
* Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role include:

* Client satisfaction ratings.
* Timeliness and accuracy of deliverables.
* Effective communication and issue resolution skills.


Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, we seek a candidate with:

* A degree in a relevant discipline.
* Experience in a client-focused role within the financial services or banking industry.
* Operational experience in Transfer Agency or related fields.
* Previous experience with people management and change management skills.
* Strong relationship-building skills and ability to communicate effectively.
