About the Project:
This project involves replacing all technical equipment in the offices of an Irish government institution. It's a contract-based role lasting
5 – 7 months
, with a
part-time schedule
. You'll need
access to your own car
for daily travel.
Requirements:
* Experience in hardware setup or basic IT support
* Formal PC hardware service training or similar certifications
* Valid driving license
* Proficiency in desktop support and current Windows operating systems
* Attention to detail and task completion
Duties:
* Travel to customer sites (you must be comfortable traveling daily)
* Uninstall old tech devices (e.g., PCs, laptops, printers, etc.)
* Install and set up new devices
* Ensure all devices are properly connected and functioning
* Perform basic testing to confirm successful deployment
* Follow a checklist
