About the Role

* Conduct assessments, monitor patient conditions, and document findings accurately
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and support staff
* Maintain clear communication with facility staff and agency coordinators
Requirements:
• Possess QQI Level 5 in Healthcare certification, • Current BLS/CPR certification, • A minimum of six months' experience in healthcare within Ireland, • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments Strong communication skills required.
