Job Title: Insurance Agent - Personal Lines
About the Role
This role is ideal for candidates who hold an APA qualification in Insurance and are looking to progress their career. You will work across all Personal Lines departments, including securing renewals, processing amendments, and cross-selling and up-selling across all product lines.
Key Responsibilities
* Support existing customers with policy renewals and ensure they feel well looked after.
* Process amendments and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
* Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through sales.
Requirements and Qualifications
Successful candidates will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in generating new business opportunities and identifying potential clients. Customer service and retention roles are also available, best suited to candidates with proven experience in customer service, sales, or client retention.
The focus of this role is to support existing customers, help them renew their policies, and ensure they feel well looked after.
Achieving excellent customer satisfaction ratings and increasing revenue through effective sales strategies are key objectives of this position.
