Design Manager Position
Overview:
The Design Manager will be based out of the Head Office and support the delivery of residential schemes across Ireland.
This role involves overseeing architectural design work produced by external consultants, reviewing designs at all stages, and identifying opportunities for optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage design briefs, maintain design templates and guidance documentation
* Contribute to the selection of external finishes and products
* Support stakeholder agreement on key design decisions
* Reviewing and coordinating external design consultants' outputs
