In change management and communications, you will help clients navigate organizational change and communicate with stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing change strategies, assessing readiness, and designing communication plans to support change initiatives.
Our team leads in aligning people strategies with business goals. We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager in HR Technology and Transformation, responsible for advising on HRIS implementations and workforce technology tools.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading client engagement teams to drive HR technology and transformation strategies
* Collaborating with delivery models to enhance service delivery
* Managing HR technology projects ensuring alignment with client goals
* Supporting development and implementation of HR processes and technology
* Assessing HR capabilities and designing future models
* Integrating technology to support HR functions
* Supporting change management activities for HR technology projects
* Leading HR cloud technology implementations (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday)
* Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
* Mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development
Skills and Experience:
* Experience leading HR technology projects (SAP, Workday, Oracle, etc.)
* Degree in HRM or related field, with 8+ years in HR technology or consulting
* Knowledge of Irish employment law
* Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency with HR systems and analytics tools
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
